Northwest Envirofan accepts
MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card payments. You may email or fax your
information, or for those of you who choose not to transmit your credit card
information over the Internet- you may call our office at 800-236-7080.
Check
in Advance
If you choose not to use a credit
card, and do not have an account set up with Northwest Envirofan, you may send
a check in advance. After we receive your check, your product will be
shipped. Please call to verify freight and sales tax amounts prior to
sending your check to avoid delays in shipment.
C.O.D.
Northwest Envirofan will ship via
UPS - C.O.D. for customers who prefer to pay upon delivery. There is an
additional charge of $8.00 per box that will be added to your freight charges.
Open
Account
Northwest Envirofan offers open
account for distributors with approved credit. Open account is not an
option for retail customers or contractors.
