Sani-Sure Systems has made the first real breakthrough in pre-milking udder prep since pre-dip and sprays. The Sani-Sure Foamer cleans teats more completely and effectively, raises milk quality and improves udder health. And it uses less dip because there is no waste or spills.

The easy-to-use delivery system was developed by Sani-Sure Systems technology. It consists of a pressurized drop line with a trigger operated cup that converts pre-dip to foam. "Fingers" in the patented Sani-Sure rubber lined teat cup also provide improved stimulation for faster milk letdown and milk-out. There is either a direct pump system or a pressurized tank system for both parlors and stanchion barns.

The Sani-Sure Foamer delivers foam which covers the teat completely and uniformly. It clings without dripping until wiped off with a towel. Sani-Sure Cloth Dairy Towels come in three styles, Recycled, Standard and Heavyweight. Recycled are washcloths from hospitals and hotels that replace them after a specified number of uses. They will average about 11 oz. per dozen in weight, but will not be identical in size and weight. Standard and Heavyweights are new and uniformly weigh 12 oz. per dozen and 16 oz. per dozen respectively. They will all be the same style with either seamed or overcast edges. Heat stress makes normal bovine stress situations much worse.

Dairy cows have a very narrow comfort zone. Heat Stress for a dairy animal is a "slow meltdown". First the reproduction system shuts down and then production falls off as well. Tests show that at 65% relative humidity, production will drop 10% when ambient temperature is at 80 degrees. Researchers have found that using ceiling fans like AGRIFAN blowing down on the backs of animals at 5 to 10 mph (high speed) will bring that production back to normal.

Cortisol, a stress hormone, elevates in dairy cows during many common stress-producing conditions. And heat stress alone can cause cortisol levels to be 10 times higher than normal. Therefore, by adding heat stress to other situations such as freshening, breeding, change of location, being transported, and isolation, cortisol levels rise even higher.

High cortisol levels result in poor milk letdown, suppressed immune system and reproduction problems. On a daily basis this translates into mastitis and uterine infections, retained placentas, decreased fertility, and reduced milk production. Then these problems are compounded even further by the fact that, due to other reasons, heat stress alone can cause 5-15 % decreases in milk production and lower conception rates by 20-30%.

Dairy cows benefit greatly from AGRIFANS in maternity pens, isolation stalls, loafing barns, milking parlors, holding pens, freestall barns and milking barns. Other year-round benefits of AGRIFANS are dispersing gasses, drying bedding and floors, reducing condensation, and providing air movement which discourages flies and insects.

This system keeps fresh sanitizer under pressure, without hand pumping, always ready to spray on boots, hands, tools or other objects. It works to help prevent the spread of bacteria and other pathogens on the farm or at other operations where biosecurity is necessary.

After filling with sanitizing solution, the stainless steel canister is pressurized up to 130 psi by air compressor. The six-foot rubber solution hose has a brass trigger nozzle with V-jet tip. The Sani-sure Boot Sanitizer comes in a three-gallon Junior size or a five-gallon Senior size. All metal parts are stainless steel and brass for low maintenance and both models have a one-year warranty.
